Arby's - New Braunfels

There was a 10-15 minute waiting for bark meat and the drive thru has a track that cannot be left when once entered. instead of asking customers to drive forward and park to wait for their order, they had waited us in the lane. I didn't order bark, but I had to sit in the driving line and wait for all people before me.

I’ve always loved this location but lately they’ve had a guy handling the food with open sores all over his hands and arms. It’s pretty disgusting, I can’t even downplay it. It would be alright if he were only ringing people up but he is also handling the food ?

This particular Arby's is excellent. We go at least once every other week. The service is consistent. We appreciate that they are not opening their dining room and keeping their people safe.

This Arby's is only drive thru at this time and has no dine in access. I love this Arby's. They are courteous, food is fresh, they are fast and efficient. They offer a nice variety on their menu and the food has always been good. Prices are comparable to area, but there is always a special weekly deal or happy hour Prices for sliders. I give this Arby's 5 stars.

The menu is sometimes confusing until the snack shakes on the dollar menu. print says hours available in very small fonts so they do not recognize it until they have ordered. love their chocolate shakes and their mozzarella sticks.
