Whataburger - New Braunfels

I absolutely love Whataburger! The food is consistently delicious, and the portion sizes are fantastic. Unlike other chains, where the burgers tend to be small and hit-or-miss, Whataburger always delivers quality.

The fries were cold and soggy, and my drink was only filled to a third. The lids for the drinks were oversized. Additionally, there were crunchy bits in the meat of my child's burger, so I ended up throwing it away. Whataburger has really gone downhill! It used to be a favorite for us.

I really enjoy Whataburger, but they tend to either put way too much condiment on their food or not enough. On the bright side, their milkshakes are absolutely delicious!

Food was great as always, but for some reason I ordered spicy ketchup for the fries and got honey packets instead.

I arrived at the drive-thru and placed my order, but when I moved forward, I found myself stuck behind three cars at the payment window. I waited there for 10 minutes without any progress, so eventually, I decided to leave to make sure I got to work on time. Why don’t they pull cars up like they used to? All I wanted was a breakfast bowl before heading to work!
