Applebee's - New Braunfels

This was one of our best dining experiences! Despite being short-staffed with just one waiter, the hostess, the bartender, the chef, and the manager (Larry, Patrick, Trent, and Destiny), they provided exceptional service. Although we had to wait for about an hour, it was definitely worth it! They were incredibly gracious and attentive to our needs. We arrived around 9:30 PM after our nephew's football game and were absolutely starving! They did everything possible to make us feel welcomed and well-fed. We were so happy to have chosen to eat there and are already looking forward to our next visit!

This chain has always been good, but since I moved away, I haven't been able to visit often. We went there on Veterans Day, and I really appreciated what they did to honor the occasion. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. I'm definitely looking forward to going back soon!
