Quahog Republic Whaler's Tavern

Everytime I go here I always get great service at the bar. The food and drinks are great.

I stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night. Very homey atmosphere. There is limited seating. I sat at the bar and had the half-pound lobster roll, which was $42 that day. It was clean and tasty; it came cold but not overly dressed and slathered in mayo (I'm not sure whether there was any dressing at all actually, which I was fine with). The fries on the side hit the spot too. The service was great, very friendly and attentive. I would recommend stopping in for a bite and some brews; I certainly wouldn't hesitate to do so when I am back in town.

Really fresh cold beer. Other than that not very good. The clam chowder had zero clams in it and the salad was old.

Alyssa is an unbelievable Bartender. She always has a smile and makes you feel at welcome. If you want the best and I mean the best Mai Tai in the USA this is the place.

Great place for drinks and food. Small but comfortable. Staff is great.
