Alianca - New Bedford

We had a wonderful dinner there tonight. The shish kebab was delicious, and the red fish was very moist and flavorful. I highly recommend giving it a try. The waitress was knowledgeable and friendly.

Wonderful experience! Although parking can be tricky, it’s absolutely worth the hassle. The servers were incredibly warm and friendly, which helped me feel at ease in the somewhat crowded neighborhood. The standout dish was the Mozambican shrimp; it’s truly life-changing and far surpasses the offerings at Antonio's nearby. While Antonio's is charming and good in its own right, when it comes to the Mozambican shrimp, I crown Alianca as the winner. I also enjoyed a steak from the Azores, which was so tender it cut like butter and melted in my mouth. To top it all off, the pumpkin cheesecake was a fantastic conclusion to my meal. If I find myself passing through New Bedford again, I would definitely make a special trip to return here.

My son and I had lunch here, and everything was incredibly hot and fresh. The lasagna cheesecake with pineapple and strawberry was absolutely worth it, and my son adored the rice pudding. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Portuguese cuisine, and the portion sizes are generous.

The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. It was an incredibly enjoyable experience, and we will definitely be returning frequently.
