This restaurant stood long on our list to try. We finally made it and it was absolutely worth it. A tsunami of flavours in every dish. We were delighted as most restaurants around Zug serve good food but with little creativity. Falken stands out.

Far from the beaten track in an out of the way village. A very small menu, a large wine list, excellent service. We had four dishes, and each one was excellent. However, dining well in Zug (or in much of Switzerland) has its price ...better be mentally prepared for it or you'll experience sticker shock...

The falken is very worth when they are close to train. despite the somewhat unforeseen location and view (not unpleasant, only not too promising) the atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming, the service excellent, while the kitchen and cooking are first to advise. I went with you. a big party (the restaurant for the occasion opened) and enjoyed an unforgettable evening from the drinks and tits outside on the terrace through the delicious meal in the interior afterwards. every cure was prepared and presented with care, and eating was skrumple. typical of the flexibility and love of the reaming to the detail when I requested the cheese instead of dessert, and was quickly served without a murmur with one of the best choices I had eaten outside france. bravo!
