River Kitchen - Nelson

Noticed this cafe as we were walking along the river. We decided to try their coffee muffins. Coffee was delivered quickly considering how busy they were. Nicely presented cup with pleasant flavour. Muffins were wholesome, huge delicious. Service was great they handled the crowd well

Popped in for brunch the first day of our holiday, great service very quick and friendly. Meals were generous in portion and packed full of flavour. I had the Eggs Benedict and hubby had the chicken waffles with hot sauce which he declared the best breakfast he has ever had. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant environment. My bacon and eggs were OK, just not amazing. I asked for the wholemeal bread with them and it was lovely bread but not well toasted and a bit doughy. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and the cabinet food looked amazing

I love this place, always busy with friendly staff. Excellent food and value for money. My daughter couldn’t eat the full eggs Benedict and doing a half was not a problem. Chicken bacon waffles are the best in the area. To top it off 1 in 8 coffees are free YUS!!
