Dunkin' - Needham

The morning staff at this restaurant is incredibly rude. They are always on their phones and don't seem to care about customer service. To make matters worse, I had a phone call blaring over the loudspeakers while trying to place my order. When I politely asked a staff member to move their car from a handicapped spot, they told me to call the police if I had a problem with it. I will not be returning to this establishment on Highland Ave.

Mostly Dunkin, but unfortunately they were out of sleeves for gift cards.

The customer service is poor, customers wait in line while employees talk amongst themselves. It may be best to try a different location.

They have 2 speeds, slow and stop. Today I asked for a medium iced coffee and got a large. Maybe if the staff there understood English they would get the order right and not lose money for the owner

Went at 7:30pm on Sunday to pick up a mobile order and it was closed : Hours on the door and Dunkin app said it was open until 8. Please update hours
