Dunkin' - Natick

I can't believe it. This isn't the first time they have disappointed me. I don't understand why they always get it wrong. Today, I quickly grabbed a muffin to eat on my way to work, only to find out later that they gave me the wrong one. I rely on them to get things right, but they continue to let me down. I'm done with this place. They have lost a loyal customer.

I always give Dunkin' Donuts a high rating, whether it's four stars or five stars, because it's always good! It has that New England charm that I love. There are some menu items that I can't resist, but overall, I can always count on Dunkin' Donuts to make a great drink for me. Whether it's an iced coffee or a hot coffee, Dunkin's coffee is addictive in the best way possible. The staff at this Dunkin' Donuts location is friendly, professional, and fast, making my coffee taste just as good as it does at other locations. The owner should be proud of their staff, as they are the key to the success of the business. So, rest assured that Dunkin' Donuts has perfected their coffee and should be commended for their great service. I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying a cup of coffee from Dunkin' Donuts.

The service at this restaurant has improved, but it could be faster. Sometimes they also seem to be missing the mark on espresso drinks.
