Tommo's Fish Chippery - Narangba

The food is great, which is why I keep returning, but I can't say I'm very pleased with the service. I ordered through Menulog and forgot to add chips and a sauce. When I called to see if I could pay over the phone with a credit card for the additions, or if I could give cash to the driver, they informed me that it wasn't possible. I had to place a separate order and pay another delivery fee, which was quite frustrating. I'm not very happy with this, especially since they didn't offer any solutions. What happened to good customer service?

We ordered a steakburger and a family pack of fish and chips. The food was fresh and served quickly. The staff was friendly, and the menu offered typical selections for a fish and chip restaurant.

The food was enjoyable, but the service was disappointing. One of the staff members was quite rude, insisting that we hurry up and place our orders. They should value their customers, regardless of how late it is.

Great food. great service. what more can I say?
