Arby's - Nappanee

This place is hit or miss lately I thought Arby's slogan was we have the meats not this one lol! Nowadays it's we are out of roast beef you got to wait 15-20 minutes Before getting some....

The management needs to put signs up for the drive through when they’re only accepting cash. People wait in line for a long time and don’t know about the cash only rule. Common sense for customer service goes a long way. Service: 1

Very slownand couldn't take cards in drive thru. The person who took my order then had to make it. Crazy. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: French Dip, Roast Beef, Curly Fries

I entered the drive thru and the person said take a moment to look at the menu and i 'll be with you which i thought meant to just look and figure out what i wanted; since i know what i wanted i went ahead and began to say it. then in a worsened tone the worker repeated what they said to begin with. i 'm currently waiting here for about 8 minutes now, just to get my order taken. I understand if they are working drive alone but if that 's the case they need to call in another worker or at least learn to balance orders and cash. i don 't go to arby 's often so i 'm unsure if this is a one time thing but it 's very frustrating. edit: the poor girl was working front, kitchen, cash, and orders all by herself. as someone who works in the fast food industry i understand just balancing two positions is insanely difficult. this is not okay under any circumstances and needs to be fixed. people shouldn 't be working like that for such little money, either pay her the salary of four workers or get four there.

How can this arbys in Nappanee be out of roast beef?!! that's literally your signature!!! Whoever is managing this place is going to need to get it together it cannot be that difficult to make sure that you're ordering product before you run out.
