Bites - Naples

Very, very, very disappointed.... Why??? It wasn't Bites!!! It was a different restaurant with a different menu!!! No notification that it was a different restaurant... I should have been notified by OPEN TABLE!!! Or The Ritz... Not a happy camper...will not be going back!!

Everything was very good but we were disappointed in the menu. Having experienced the Bites menu over the years we we disappointed at the new menu.

Delicious food and incredibly attentive staff! The music and atmosphere were enjoyable too!

Why is this place called Bites? We were expecting a casual appetizer-style dining experience, given the name, but instead found a dinner menu with high prices for everything. The service was also quite slow; it took over 20 minutes to receive our cocktails.

Bites is currently undergoing renovations, which OpenTable did not indicate. Upon our arrival, we were informed that the menu was from the hotel's Italian restaurant. While the food was delicious, we were disappointed that it wasn't what we had originally expected.
