Casa Pepe - Nantes

Good Italian specialized restaurant that is not excessive at the price level. Fine pizza and large paste as needed. Quality products. Good service. A hearty desert. Not a note because it wasn't hot enough inside.

38 Euro for chlorinated tap water, some wine, a most average pizza, and a mercifully tiny portion of the worst spaghetti bolognese I have ever tasted.

You can only serve food as bad as this if you don’t care and don’t ever eat it yourself. I so regret spending a mealtime here.

Went there today, sat outside at 1pm menu given immediately.......great. But then, no order taken until 1.30 despite two requests, my starter was chicken Caesar, had everything but the Caesar dressing... Simple mistake, requested it and got mustard vinaigrette, couldn't be bothered so ate it anyway, main was a pizza, goats cheese and honey..... Ok thought it a nice combination as have had similar honey with goats cheese before, however this was soaked in honey, was more like a dessert and a bad one at that. Left more than three quarters, went to settle bill, explained how I felt and was told that is how they do their Caesar and the rest was brushed aside. Might I just add that there were two walk outs by other customers while I was there. Terrible terrible terrible

An Italian restaurant in the heart on Nantes' tourism area. The service is slow but ok (to much tables for the two waiters). Food is good!
