Monte Bello Pizza Takeaway - NAIRNE

Was expecting delicious pizza from a small town pizza shop. Very disappointed. Toppings were sparse and the flavour was similar to the box it was in. On a positive note, the dog will enjoy his breakfast.

Expectations were high was looking forward to a good pizza. Place looks pleasant enough: there is a good selection of pizzas on offer, gluten free bases are available and prices are most reasonable. However, our pizzas were very much over cooked and without much taste to boot; disappointing

Not your fast food pizza chain place. Great menu, but if they haven't got the pizza you want, just ask, chances are they can do it for you.

We went for breakfast, as a family group. Our order included the Canadian breakfast, which arrived without maple syrup. When I poured the maple syrup from the jug, there were dozens of dead ants all over my food! I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be recooked. My son ordered a milkshake to be shared between my 2 grandchildren, to come with 2 glasses my husband ordered a milkshake as well. The milkshakes arrived were given to the grandchildren by the waitress, one each. My husband waited ages then asked for his milkshake, to be told by the waitress that it had already been delivered! He waited another 15 minutes for his to come. Overall the food was average the experience was spoiled by what had happened. When I paid the bill, there was no offer of a discount, nor an apology for the dead ants of the drink mixup. We were disappointed sadly will not be returning.

The vegetarian pizza is really good and the service is always friendly! We've been visiting Monte Bello for a few years now and always enjoy the pizzas. Definitely recommend.
