Froyo - Munster

The product was excellent as always, but there was an employee who had a rather sour attitude. When she opened the window, she didn’t greet us or say anything at all; instead, she had a stern look on her face and simply asked, "Are you going to order?" When we received our order, there was no "Have a great day" or any kind of friendly sentiment—just a sense of negativity.

This restaurant doesn't deserve a single star. Unfortunately, this location has declined significantly! We arrived on Sunday night at 8:05 p.m., and the music was so loud that it was impossible to think—we had to shout just to have a conversation. The staff inside were very unprofessional, seemingly more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to us, even though we were the only ones waiting to place an order. When one worker finally came to the window, another Chipotle employee arrived just a few seconds later, and she quickly left us to assist them instead. Our family left feeling very disappointed by how much this place has changed.

The girl behind the counter seemed more focused on chatting with her friends than attending to the customers. We waited for 12 minutes while we watched her socialize. The ice cream is fantastic, but the service really falls short. It's hard to believe the level of disregard and lack of consideration. The management should seriously evaluate the quality of their staff.

Ordered the Walking Banana ???? Split with yogurt and it was delicious ???? and yummy ????..At the moment they aren?t accepting ApplePay and customer service was ok?

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came for the first time and took 15 minutes to have my order taken. Cashier would take orders and then turn around and talk with her coworkers before making orders- almost seemed to be going slow on purpose. Staff was eatingfood in prep area- disgusting. Literally was watching an employee down Five Guys WHILE working. Froyo and ice cream sub par. Forservice and quality of food save your money and go somewhere else.
