The best brewery in northern Illinois! You can enjoy delicious food delivered right to your table, and there's always a great selection of beer on tap. They have 15 locally brewed beers, and each one is exceptional.

The taproom and staff are excellent! It's part of Bear's Choice and Chilly Water, and I was pleasantly surprised by the Totes McOats. Definitely worth the trip!

Wow the spring time in New Zealand DIPA is the spirit blows. Belgian IPA with the French season yeast is scissors. This is the first Belgian IPA I liked. Bones dry and no phenols to knock with the delicious Rakau and Motueka hops. I'm impressed by Tighthead Brewing. They kill it with this new IPA. Now Bears Choice is my second favorite Tighthead IPA. There are new bright Ale Cannabaceae with oats and spelt is also delicious. Great to taste the new and exciting aromas from Tighthead Brewing. Tighthead uses the best, hard to find and most expensive hops in these new beers. A great taste and value able to enjoy Fresh Pale Ales in Lake County Illinois. No reason not to drink locally!
