My furbaby dies of cancer, and one of the few things he still enjoys is car rides to dunkin for a pup cup. the girls are always excited to see him too! thank you for enjoying this life.

Avoided if you go in for your in store pick up.Drinks are never right. Food is cold or burnt....The last time I went in they asked my name, I watched them make it, someone sat it down and the girl who spoke to me avoided me. I gave that a minute till the window girl went to hand it out the Window.Messy.On a separate occasion I've watched them lock a door on the door dash guy and tell him to wait in the long line while the girl behind laughed about locking him out. I held up the line that day so he could get his delivery

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I had to take a 6 HOUR LONG trip to find a Dunking Donuts coffee shop with pumpkin spice latte in it. THERE IS ONLY PUMPKIN SWIRL LATTE IN THIS STORE!! You BETTER start adding pumpkin spice latte to your menu. I can't last without my precious pumpkin spice latte and if the world ever runs out of it, I will sue the Earth. I'm serious. So you BETTER start adding it to your menu. I WILL be calling corporate because this CAN NOT go on any longer. The prices of these lattes are appalling. I can't take it any more. Stores are running out of pumpkin spice latte. I can not tolerate this. This WRETCHED world is appalling and unacceptable.ALL companies should sell pumpkin spice lattes. My grandson just taught me how to put these cute little face here. Lord please make sure that every company sells pumpkin spice lattes, Amen.????? Goodbye.

Delivery drivers beware. I have to unfortunately say that when the staff know you are in to wait and collect food and drinks in the designated area for companies like Doordash, the staff will make it their mission to actively not make eye-contact, ask what your order is or acknowledge your existence. I used to be a customer of Dunkin but I'm going to be buying coffee elsewhere now and avoiding any deliveries with this company -which is a shame because the customers ordering are usually lovely and have no idea how the Dunkin staff appear to look down on delivery drivers. I had to unassign my order recently because the staff just wouldn't acknowledge me whatsoever, sad and disappointing. I hope this at least makes other delivery workers aware that they are in for long waits and most likely won't be acknowledged.
