Ate here on a Friday evening with some friends and although they were quite crowded, the customer service was still wonderful. we were told that the waiting period would be about five minutes, and that's exactly what it was after we accepted our drink order...and finally our food order. No one complained about her eating and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Eating is ok, but if they don't speak German, I wouldn't recommend this place. they seem to be a problem when they speak English. our order was wrong, but that was okay, there is a language barrier. then we asked about directions and were sometimes ignored by the manager who speaks English. he was only annoyed with a sculp on his face and turned his back. not very customer-friendly. there are many good restaurants in Munich that like to have English speaking customers. that is not one of them.

Had a great pizza with friends. a cozy restaurant with fantastic decor. service was fantastic with very friendly waiter.
