Dunkin' - Mt Vernon

They overcharged me and consistently fail to prepare my order correctly. It would be helpful if they hired staff who understand English. I always order the same thing, and the repeated mistakes have made it pointless for me to continue coming here.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor service from one of the male staff members. He attempted to mislead me regarding one of the deals offered on the app. Additionally, I noticed flies on the donuts, and when I pointed it out, that same staff member laughed it off. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place. XOXO.

I recommend avoiding this location if you're considering placing a mobile order through the app, as they seem to get it wrong every time. I ordered my favorite breakfast meal and ended up receiving the wrong meats. It was a complete waste of time, especially when I was in a hurry.

First time at this location (I live in Yonkers and I swear it was the BEST experience I?ve ever had a coffee shop. Dunkin? give Amil a raise! Im an avid Starbucks drinker but I?ll switch up if service was always this great. Such a pleasant experience!

Used to be good until these employees who barely speak English by the way. One threatening me by being on the phone to call the cops when you wanted to use their bathroom. Rather recommend being in another Dunkin than this one. Update: best to enter inthe morning since some different people work there and are more friendly.
