Starbucks - Moyle

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Starbucks. There were four staff members working, including a manager, and yet the place was a mess. Despite not being busy, the tables were dirty with used cups and food debris scattered on the floor. When I requested for my table to be cleaned, the staff member gave me a dry cloth instead of using a spray bottle. I reminded them that it was their responsibility to clean the tables as I am a paying customer. To make matters worse, when I walked by the window half an hour later, I saw two people sitting at my table. Overall, it was a terrible experience with unprofessional and lazy staff.

The young employee at the checkout, named Pam, provided outstanding service. She had a wonderful smile, attentively listened to customers, and provided excellent service. Pam impressed me with her professionalism and top-notch customer service. I would rate her a perfect 10/10.

I called home twice last week. Blonde hairy girl made the coffee on both occasions and it was bitter. The place is never so clean or neat. I love Starbuck's coffee.

I visited STARBUCKS Ballymena today with my young son and mother-in-law. It was very busy as Christmas approaches, but the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially towards my 3-year-old. The service was fantastic and the coffee was delicious. Thank you.

Visited Starbucks on Saturday 8th of September as my son loves the coffee. As a regular visitor to this particular Starbucks I know it never really appears that clean but yesterday had to be the worst I had ever experienced. The tables and floor were...filthy. The sofas especially were really dirty with large staining all over the seats so they could do with major clean. My husband called in to join us but refused to stay for a coffee as he said no way could he sit in such filth. Nearly every empty table had disgarded cups and rubbish. The staff are busy making the coffee but I don't think they notice the rest because even the jugs of milk that are available at the end of the counter were empty and there were no straws. It's such a shame as the coffee is excellent and the staff all seem lovely but come on Starbucks you need to get this place clean!
