The service was great, she was very friendly. They did a great job on the last-minute cookie cake.

Terrible customer service at this location. A bunch of kids who seem not to care. There were 4 kids behind the counter and only 1 of them was actually working. The other 3 were not friendly and I had to ask for help. They didn't have what I wanted, and said they couldn't make it. Then the person checking me out had the nerve to ask for a tip (when she didn't help me and told me they couldn't add white icing to a plain cookie cake for me). Ridiculous. Will not be back.

Came in kinda late (about a half hour to close) with family from out of town and everybody was still really nice and served us well! Place was really clean. Everybody enjoyed their ice cream.

Wasn't able to order a cookie cake at Galleria location, so I tried this location. The manager was extremely nice and welcoming she was able to get me exactly what I wanted! I will ALWAYS use this location from now on. Seems as if all the staff are so nice too!

Amanda and Amber were extraordinarily helpful, and the cookie cake was absolutely perfect!
