Snow Goose Produce - Mount Vernon

I absolutely adore this farm! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they have the best gingerbread cookies I’ve ever tasted. Their ice cream is fantastic, especially the local flavors from Lopez Island. I also love the sweet pea flowers. I even saw an article in Martha Stewart's magazine where she rated it as one of the best in Skagit Valley, Washington. I can’t wait to visit again this spring!

Make sure to stop by this spot on your way to or from Conner. It's particularly busy during tulip season and the summer months, but they also offer a variety of produce in the fall. I was hoping to pick up some blueberries, but I found out it was a month too early for that. Instead, I enjoyed some incredible strawberries. You’ll find a wide selection of seasonal flowers and plants, BreadFarm bread from Edison, sustainable baskets, locally made soaps, local wines and beers, cheese, fresh seafood, and, of course, their renowned ice cream from Lopez Island Creamery. It’s a fantastic place to enjoy stunning views of the valley and mountains!

We LOVE The New Life!!! Every time we visit Skagit Valley, we need to get ice cream and fresh products. Last visit we could buy a freshly caught salmon to bring us to Utah! They really took care of us, the fish stayed fresh for the whole 14 hours drive home!!!

Don't kid yourself, we came here for the ice cream! We've visited this place several times before without fully appreciating what it has to offer. The market itself is charming, stocked with a wide variety of products, but the ice cream is the real standout! The scoops are enormous and absolutely delicious! A single scoop is more than enough. They offer "split scoops," allowing you to enjoy two different flavors in one cup. You might think you'll get a half cup of each flavor, but you actually receive a generous serving of both! They have an incredible range of unique flavors, and they even make their own waffle cones! You can purchase extra cones to take home as well. Just a heads-up—the ice cream shop only accepts cash!

Massive ice creams! I always make it a point to stop here whenever I visit Deception Pass. They also offer a great selection of large items and flowers.
