Qdoba Mexican Eats - Mount Pleasant

I love this place. Have not had one bad experience. I was sad when they closed the location that was closer and I had to drive 30 minutes to this one. It’s even sadder that this location is closed and all my points earned are expiring because I have nowhere to use them. I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle and will eat Moe’s if I don’t want to travel for Qdoba. Open this one and give us back our second location!

Good food but currently the restaurant is closed. No clue for how long.

Terrible customer experience. They sent the wrong orders via Uber Eats and tried to blame the driver, ridiculous. Manager was unapologetic, argumentative and made no effort to help. Second time this has happened.

Its food is really good and fresh, They have different kind of Mexican food. Their sauce is awesome.

Customer service was terrible. I proceed to check out the menu.. the young guy working there made my food. I get to the register I asked for $20 to be put on the gift card and $1 on my debit card. (The whole reason I drove out of my way was because I had a gift card He used my debit card first I was questionable about it but I thought he would charge the $1 to my card and then swipe the 20$ gift card after but instead he just said Oh I wasn 't suppose todo that he gets the manager over and she laughs and says no we can not give you a refund for the $21 on my card. She said their system isn 't allowed to give customers refunds. What kind of BS is that!? Ill be contacting corporate.
