Ihop - Mount Pleasant

The waitress, Jenny, was the star of the show. She was the only waitress there, and it got busier as we were there. Including a table of 12. Jenny kept her cool, was sweet, polite, and still managed to get around to us to get what we needed.

Place was nice and quiet, waitress was nice and served us as needed. Clean place to eat.

I ordered online and was supposed to have curbside service at 8:50am and went in at 9:10 just to be told it would be another 10 min. Went back in 15 min later and the food was COLD, eggs were overcooked, and drinks were wrong. We had to ask for condiments and plasticware. I tried to call the manager 3 times and never could get anyone to answer the phone. A huge disappointment for the price.

Great customer service and location. Just off of I-30 with easy access. Only open for to go orders. Order was placed and filled within 10 minutes. Meals were tasty and we had an enjoyable time after getting home.
