Tim Hortons - Mount Pearl

I got blocked in the drivethro for 25 mins causing me to be late for work. I have been short changed and they never honored there promotion. Park ave mount pearl got to be the worst in the city. I will never visit this place again and think they should change there ways. Staff are nice but over worked and under paid.

I'm not sure what's happening with this place lately. It used to be my favorite Tim's in Mount Pearl. I always order black steeped tea, but the last three times I've visited, the tea has been terrible. I swear it tastes watered down, like bog water.

The coffee has sugar settled at the bottom unless I specifically request them to stir it.

Not only was my order wrong, but when I tried to call and explain the issue, they weren't interested in hearing about it. It's probably best to just avoid this place.

The restaurant lacks specialty coffee and even basic items like various bagels or biscuits. The drive-thru has limited options and the service was quite slow. Unfortunately, there are no vegetarian options available.
