Kfc - Moss Point

I had a terrible experience at this KFC. The chicken pieces were all ripped apart and lacked flavor. The biscuit was hard and dry. The floor was extremely slippery, even inside the restaurant. We ordered original recipe chicken but were later told they didn't have it. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to.

I visited the drive-thru at KFC. As expected, the food was delicious. We were having fried fish at home and I was craving some coleslaw, which I believe KFC makes the best. I also grabbed some biscuits and mac and cheese. The total came to $20.00, but I blame Biden's inflation for the high price.

Diana was fantastic! The service was very friendly and she introduced us to some new sauces that made our food hot and fresh. We will definitely be coming back.

Visited this location An had a few issues With the manager on duty. She was rude towards me Once I pulled to the drive thru .my food wasn?t right , I told her about it an she kinda blew it off like it didn?t matter. So I asked to speak to the manager andshe said she was the shift manager, Her Name was Monique . You can?t treat customers or talk to customer anyway but nothingunder professional we all have a job to do.. Professionally

If I could give negative stars to this place I would. The staff is poorly trained and have no etiquette or professionalism. The restaurant itself is not very clean( i.e. the floor was slick and slippery) The service was extremely slow. I waited almostforty minutes for 7 pieces of chicken, along with 3 more guests, as well as observed a person come in from the drive-thru twicebecause of an incorrect order. I love KFC and came with high hopes, but left disappointed and will be sure to never return tothis location.
