Contribuiți la feedbackI and my family were there to eat! I take so long for the last meal, even we have told the waitress that can serve all food at a time! the restaurant also for drinking water with (usually free in many restaurants. in perth, as this water comes from the hahn and in a refrigerator!) I can supply the acknowledgement! karage is very small but it never costs come back again!
We have just our high time in tsunami, and it was great to host them from us, and through the Kovid restrictions were still able to visit all, in the rooms, each run of the food was on their usual high standard, (the best salmon. I tried )aki was very helpful and patient in planning, and made sure that the night went wrong, the staff were very good and attentive to each of our needs, we can now say
An amazing culinary experience. the food was great and we were entertained by jake and adrian. the service was excellent, a special thanks to the dame that served us. loved the oktopus, huhn meal, bark meat and seafood meal, miso suppe was great, and the deserts excellent. the watermelon spray was divine. we will definitely be back for another teppanyaki experience.
An exciting birthday dinner experience with Japanese ambiente in an intimate environment. eating was amazing and teppanyaki skills shown were extremely entertaining.
The food was great. The wait staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. However, they were understaffed, and we waited a very long time for our order to be taken. We then waited a very long time for our drinks to come, which were finished before...our meal arrived. A beer we were served had a line drawn over the use by’ date with a pen, giving the distinct impression the beer had passed that date. Staff did not appear to have the time to come back to our table to see if we required more food or drinks or if everything was okay. It was difficult to get their attention because they were constantly on the run. So, we ate our meal without anything to drink, including water. The owner/manager was present and chatted to some tables, but we couldn’t draw his attention. We were also given the cheap disposable takeaway wooden chopsticks instead of the usual dine-in quality chopsticks that other patrons were using another outcome of being short-staffed with not enough people to clean the chopsticks. It's a shame as the food is good and the wait staff are friendly and capable, but there is just not enough staff are rostered on. This isn't the first time this has occurred at Tsunami Izakaya Teppanyaki Bar, so unfortunately, we will be looking for an alternative Japanese restaurant.
