Hibachi Blue Halal Japanese Food

I always look forward to visiting this restaurant. It's a Halal Hibachi spot, which makes it a unique find in the Triangle area. My top picks are the Spicy Salmon Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and Hibachi Steak. The owners are very welcoming, and what I appreciate most is that the food quality is excellent for the price. While the ambiance isn't extravagant, the value is exceptional—it's my go-to place when I'm in the mood for a quick bite.

I had a terrible experience with the food. I ordered fried rice to go with some spicy chicken, but what I received was a bland rice bowl instead.

I highly recommend Hibachi Blue! It’s conveniently located on my commute home from work, so I eat here quite often. The family who runs the restaurant is incredibly friendly, and they always remember my name when I walk in. The Hibachi Shrimp is delicious, and with the tip, I typically spend just over $10. My only wish is that they would switch away from using Styrofoam, but aside from that, I have no complaints. I absolutely love this place!

Disgusting. The shrimp was rubbery and fishy. The steak was cheap and over cooked. And the pot sticker dumplings were watery and flavorless. Plus, there was no sauce for the dumplings, which wouldn?t have made a difference because they were so runny. Another woman was fighting for a refund when we ordered. I can understand why.
