Denial - Morrisville

We visited yesterday, which was a Friday night. Our waitress was excellent. The only aspect that prevented this from being a five-star experience was the hostess, who was loudly chewing gum. It was quite distracting. However, the food was fantastic. We started with the Truffalo wings, which were delicious and crispy. My wife and daughter really liked their sliders, and I had a burger topped with jalapeño bacon, which was also very tasty. We will definitely be returning soon.

While driving, I placed a to-go order for myself and my mom. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was not friendly and displayed a lack of good customer service. The young man’s tone was unwelcoming and unpleasant. I should have canceled my order right then, but I went ahead anyway. Upon arriving at the restaurant, there was no acknowledgment from the staff. I informed the front counter that I had a to-go order to pick up, but one employee immediately directed me to the bar. I was quickly sent back, as my order was actually at the front counter. When I finally checked my order, I noticed that one burger was missing cheese, and I didn’t receive the chili I had paid for. Meanwhile, the staff seemed to be standing around, giggling, although I couldn't tell what was so funny. They appeared to be young teens who were lacking in customer service skills and proper etiquette. I eventually spoke to the manager about my dissatisfaction with the subpar service. The prices of the burgers just didn’t match the quality of the service I received. The manager’s response to my concerns felt scripted and lacked any real empathy. I had paid for items I never received, which was incredibly disappointing. While Bad Daddy's burgers are among the best I’ve had, this location has lost my business for good. I appreciated what was right about the burgers, but ultimately, the excellent taste wasn’t enough to elevate this review beyond two stars. The service was simply unacceptable.

I stopped by for lunch on a Friday, and although the restaurant was quite busy, we were seated promptly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience. The food was fantastic! Our burgers were cooked perfectly to our liking, and we really enjoyed the queso as an appetizer. It’s classic American fare done exceptionally well.

Their custom BYO salads are amazing. The buttermilk crispy chicken is fried well. You can't go wrong with any of the fruit to add to your salad. Food came out fast this last time we went! Service was good, too. Our waitress checked in on us a few times. The ambiance is okay!

My friends and I met for lunch and they both had delicious burgers and meatless burgers. I ordered a salad which I do not recommend. For $8+ I got a small build your own salad which was a huge pile of soggy, shredded iceberg lettuce with a meager amount of toppings. I paid extra for a piece of salmon which was over cooked but OK. IMO, if you can't offer a decent lettuce shredded? , don't put salad on your menu. This salad was overpriced $17 and underwhelming and most of it was left on the table when we left. I should have returned it but just ate the salmon as we were in a hurry. Burgers Yes! Salads Probably not.
