Chili's Grill Bar Morris

I didn't enjoy the food at this restaurant. Perhaps they were too busy or too slow. I've had better food for the price.

I should have noticed that no one in the place looked happy I asked for a steak medium rare it was well done with one side over cooked my friend asked for medium and had well and over cooked waiting for drinks and dinner took forty five minutes we were inthere well over a hour and a half not sure what was going on maybe the waitress had to cook I saw her three times once when shetook our order and when she brought out the dinner and when she gave us the check ?

221104 The service was very good; attentive, available and helpful. The fajitas (steak shrimp) appeared to be prepared properly, but the quality of the steak was low; it was chewy and fairly tough and the meat should have been cut into smallerslices. We've eaten here many times, but it's been quite a while since we ordered the fajitas and it was disappointing. I likethis restaurant as it's conveniently located off of I-80 and Rt.47. I'm rating this as 3 stars for today with hope that it willbe better for our next visit.

The food was prepared perfectly. The staff was very kind and accommodating, especially in assisting my grandmother with her special order.

This is the worst waitress I have ever encountered. Not only was it gross to watch her use her fingers to transfer ice cubes from one drink to another, but the food took forever to arrive and was barely warm. When we asked about getting dessert, she told us it would take a long time and wasn't worth the wait.
