I have noticed a steady decline in customer service as well as in the quality of food. this is not standard Portuguese nandos, it is rather a half-hearted attempt to work only and earn money., without hints how to cook the chickens and the taste and quality of the food. I am sorry to go back and complain, as well as the hurried attitude when I speak with the administration. it's a real shame as I eat nandos on the regular and last night order was good and then today is completely different. sean morley
We love nando 's and almost always order a full hen (hot) and a side of fritten from the Morley exit when we are on babysitting functions in dianella. we live in the north and usually support the nando 's outlet in jindalee, which is excellent. but the chicken... we bought from morley on Saturday night was really disappointing, the only good was the Peri-peri-Fries. the huh looked like it fell under a rough, it was cut so rough, the source was scarce and hardly made a difference. we like the hot sauce, but I'm sure it was mild. the huh was hard and in sharing saw something under. the greatest shock was the fact that we had only one at the top and the top, it is never nice to be changed so short. I paid for a full hunch and I don't think it's inappropriate to expect a full hunch, not a single legged. I had to get a fair way to get to the morley outlet, and I wasn't ready to travel all the way back in the night to complain. the type that took the order was pleasant enough and while I had to wait about 15 minutes for the order, this is about the average waiting time, maybe even a little faster than average. we have often used this box in recent years and never had cause for a complaining, I don't know if there is a change of the own or the personal, but it is simply not working for them and we will certainly not check back. very disappointing and a huge drop in what we expect from this outlet and almost food brand.
Because they have changed their own, it went downhill and I will not be back. they were fantastic. I used my Nandos card and the guy didn't properly scan it to add my points. paid for extra pineapple, got half a piece cold pineapple. whole pita was not even warm, tasted cold on the outside and stale. I'll never go there again. missing the old people:
This nando is formerly great, presuming that last year it has changed owners and has a series of new employees. my partner and I have often been here, but recently the service and eating have become so bad that it is not even worthy. we have a buck and chips, I saw a kerl the buck, puts it on the pass then on to leave it there for 20 minutes. we only needed the chips, I saw many pockets of big pommes going into command before they filled my own. I asked to take the food away because it was about 35 minutes at this point and I had to go to work. the type was confused and questioned why I wanted to take it away now. my friend noticed that they had many commanded before us, and that the chances are that they would get a quicker evening meal if they were eating over and sitting in the parking lot, they probably did not get wrong. overall this place suck now, don't waste your money here, go to mochahocos or charcoal chicken, both are close and actually take care of their customers.
Came in with 1 friend on Wednesday, we ended up waiting 35 minutes as Nandos decided to do all 4 Uber meals first before actual customers in the store. Definitely won’t be going to this particular store again!
