Mcdonald's - Moreno Valley

The fries were cold and tasted as if they had been there all night, so I sent them back. the new pommes were not much better. ordered 6pc nuggets with sweet acid sauce, instead I got 4 tangy barbeque I said I didn't want. the shaking machine was down and my desire for extra ice in my cok was ignored. If I couldn't give a star, I would have done that. I also said, just give me what they want, and an order of this place was a sweat.

The drive thru was packed, but we got it fast. our order was right, but our hathbrowns were very boiled. I guess they moved so fast.

Seriously, I add the picture it speaks for itself. this is on Tuesday night at 10:20 o'clock

This restaurant is probably the worst. The staff are rude and the food is awful. I haven't been back to this place in years, but decided to give it another chance today. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. After waiting for about 20 minutes, they seated me and my reward was a burnt, spicy chicken sandwich. I attempted to call the restaurant, but the line was constantly busy. Save your time and money - I don't know how they can continue operating like this.

Food was OK even by McDonald’s standards, and the drive through took over 9 minutes to get through. It may have been just an off day, but there didn’t to be any problem… just a slow crew. Which in that case come on management! Get ur crew some help.
