I love the place and the people who run it make a good job to make the drinks. I'm here to write the review just because I realized I haven't left one yet. Good work always
Who's doing this? The counters are all tagged, half the lights are burned out, the menu panels are cramped and fall down, the ceiling is stained with rust and exploded smoothie juice, and dust was everywhere. The smoothie tastes good, but if it's so dirty in the lobby I?
Never was one to write reviews, but I'm sure this place is finally satisfied with new management. These local workers used to seem out of life, but the store is extremely busy I am glad that they finally have a manager like Jaremy to get everyone on task. This crew now works like a well-oiled machine that executes orders quickly and efficiently. Keep the good work guys
I'm usually happy to be here for at least 10 years. But I'll show the elephant in the room. Samantha's right to the juice spots on the ceiling. I don't know that there is a total reconstruction to change a different look in recent years, increases an eyebrow. I find it disturbing when I see dust on exposed pipelines, A/C lines, A/C vents, and all over the head where food is prepared. I don't remember seeing this. I notice many different ingredients from this summer.
Really disappointed today. I usually go to another location but decided to stop by the Iris location on my way home. First, I attempted a mobile order in which I tried applying a reward I earned through the app. It was for a free medium classic smoothie with a $10 purchase. I was having trouble figuring out how the reward would go to my cart so I decided to come inside and order with my reward and pay cash. The cashier attempted to help me and couldn?t figure it out, he asked me to scan the barcode that was on my screen and it instantly charged the visa account associated with my juice it up account. Two things went wrong here, I wanted to pay in cash and I didn?t get the discount for my reward for a free drink. He didn?t know what he was doing, I asked about a refund for the medium drink that I was supposed to receive and he denied but suggested I email customer support. While waiting for my drinks, I noticed many flies and gnats in the food prep area. Upon further looking, I noticed tons of old juice splatters on the ceilings; the cleanliness behind the prep area looked horrible. I was completely grossed out. Finally I receive my drinks and leave, half way down the road I realize they messed up one of the drinks on my order. The other two were right and one was completely wrong. I had to drive back and have them fix it. Waited again for about 10mins for the correction. Nothing was offered to smooth over the many issues. I will never go to this location ever again.
