Edit (02-28-2024): This location they never answer the phone and in fact answer it and then hang up sometimes. I was trying to call ahead to see if my brother could pick up my order but NEVER could get ahold of any human. I also believe that the worker(s) were understaffed and needed more help as the line basically barely moved this night We didn't have Carl's Jr around for too long in Conroe TX. So I'm happy to have one soo close now!The team at this location hasn't messed up my orders and is very quick keeping the lines moving. Since it's right in my area I will be coming here a lot!

Initially went through drive through. The employee at the drive thru at the time -Trinity... Was Nice, Polite and Patient.I decided to let her manager know what a great job she is doing!Keep up the good work.Oh...and the Superstar with Cheese was delicious ?

Went through the Drive Thursday, ordered #3 Combo and asked to substitute the fries for Onion Rings. Not hard. I received French (which I didn't want and 2 Onion Rings on top of fries and not in the burger.I think our younger generation need to stop texting as their brains don't process conversation. Sad ?

Always a the best with drive thru, Carls Jr employee Trinity always makes it quick and easy to enjoy my time at Carl’s Jr and the reason why I keep going back! I’m satisfied everytime.
