Hungry Jack's Burgers Morayfield

The food here is excellent, and the staff is incredibly talented. The young employees are polite and articulate, even when things get busy. It's always a pleasure to enjoy a hot coffee and a well-prepared meal. The previous staff was also fantastic, providing great service to both young and old customers alike.

Like most Jack's restaurants, the service is courteous, but they often struggle to get orders correct. I've frequently experienced missing sauces that I always order. It seems like there might be a glitch in their system, as this issue seems to occur across all their locations.

Do you guys EVER answer your phones? I’ve had issues multiple times and every time I try to call, nobody is answering the phone. Anyway, I got a roadhouse whopper and to my understanding bacon is included on the burger? I appreciate the effort of holding the pickles and tomato! And chips were fresh which wasn’t surprising given the time. However missing an ingredient like bacon was a bit disappointing, I have photos just incase. Main issue is however is to answer the phones.

Bought classic tropical chicken burger it was takeaway order went home and open it...there was no pineapple, no bacon and cheese I tried to call them but they didn't answer. I want my money back. I have attached the photo
