Subway - Moraga

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to after my recent experience. I ordered two sandwiches online and went to pick them up. When I got home and opened them, I found that neither sandwich had the meat I ordered, and many of the vegetables were missing as well. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but no one answered. Be careful and make sure to check your sandwiches before leaving!

As this is a chain restaurant, it's important to evaluate it both on the corporate level and the performance of this specific location. In terms of corporate consistency, this Subway is pretty much like all the others; they tend to be quite similar. However, based on my one visit to this particular location, I found the staff member behind the counter to be efficient, friendly, and engaging. If you're a fan of Subway, there's no reason not to give this place a try.

The olives were frozen—literally icy. This made the entire sub cold and soggy. Overall, it felt like a waste of $13.

Best costumer service I?ve ever experienced. Employees are always smiling and tell good stories especially the young turbaned fellow. Would definitely come again :

They do not keep posted hours. They do not honor promotions. They are a sub-par Subway that barely is recognizable as such. I suspect they are suffering financial problems.
