Sno Shack - Mooreville

Great food and it's kind of quick for homemade and how fresh the food is. The service is good, as the people are nice. The area around the place is good, and kid friendly, it has nice seating areas, however it is a small space, so I'd rather come here when it's not so busy. I love this place and I'd recommend others to come here, as well. Like I said before the food is amazing and for homemade the price is reasonable.

I'm giving one star not because of the food but because of the service. if you can stand horrible, horrible service than it's worth going for the food. I've been to Sno Shack twice, after the first experience I swore I would never go back, but I really wanted a snowball today and stopped to get one. Different server, same terrible service. trip #1- Ordered a cheeseburger and a philly cheese steak (just sandwiches) server tells me it's $24 and some change. I asked her how that could be, she literally throws the receipt in my face and slams the window closed. when I looked at the receipt I realized she has charged me for two Philly cheesesteaks. so I knock on the window and tell her. she tells the other girl she doesn't know how to do refunds, we had to wait for the other server to get back from break. NOT one time did she apologize! trip#2- I get my snowball there's syrup all over the cup, I ask for a napkin, server slides the dispenser in front of my face, never handed me my straw, just left it sitting on the counter. I really wish the owner would work on training these people to be a little more professional. The food is great and it is so nice having the option in Saucier, but as of this review I wont be going back.
