However, I ordered a large double cheeseburger and received it without any cheese—just two meat patties. I also ordered a bacon lettuce tomato burger, but it came with no bacon at all. The patty was so small that after taking one bite, I realized there was barely any meat on the bun. I took it apart and saw that there was indeed no bacon. How can you forget the bacon when it’s actually in the name of the dish? I’m really upset about the long wait and the hassle of receiving the wrong order. I usually enjoy Cookout, but I will never return to this location again. Where is the management in all of this?

Regarding my last two visits, I've had a few issues. On my first visit, my milkshake was completely wrong; I ordered chocolate, but that’s not what I received. My husband also faced a similar problem with his order. Tonight, I ordered cheese bites but didn’t receive them at all. I understand that it’s a busy time and finding staff can be challenging, but if this continues, it will be difficult to retain customers. It's really frustrating!

I usually love Cook Out, especially our local one, but tonight I was really disappointed with my burger. I've noticed the quality has been declining lately. Everything was soggy, the patties were small and overcooked—yuck!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! If you arrive here hungry, you'll definitely leave satisfied. The menu is filled with a wide range of options! They have combo meals where you can choose a main dish along with a side. Craving a cheeseburger, a corn dog, and another cheeseburger? You can order all of that as your meal! The selection is truly overwhelming. Plus, if you're in the mood for a shake, they boast an impressive array of about 40 different flavors! The service is both quick and incredibly friendly. But the best part? The prices are incredibly affordable! With so many choices available, this has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots. It's just a little disappointing that there isn't one near me in Ohio!

This has always been one of my go-to spots for late-night food, but my recent experiences haven't been so great. It seems like the employee at the first drive-thru lane is putting in less effort lately. Perhaps the kitchen staff is slacking, or it could just be the cashier's attitude. I’ve encountered missing items, improperly made shakes, and an overall lack of enthusiasm in customer service. Nevertheless, I still plan to return when I need a late-night fix. I understand that others may not notice these issues as much, and I’m not going to let a few mistakes keep me from enjoying the fantastic food. I remain hopeful that they will improve and address these problems. I might be overreacting since my last order was incorrect, but I know most people don’t enjoy having to go back to the window or call in complaints.
