Cold Stone Creamery - Mooresville

Unfortunately, the nearest restaurant to me is an hour away, so I can't visit very often, but I absolutely love it whenever I get the chance!

The restaurant is clean and the staff provides excellent service. They offer a large selection of ice cream flavors. The location is perfect, and there is ample seating available to relax and enjoy your time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Thank you!

Not the best experience this time. Very messy. Countertop was very gross, couldn?t sign recipe. All employees looked very messy. Hair not tidy. I understand messy looks, but not this type of work should it be allowed. We went outside to eat as it was busy. My husband pulled out a long hair from his ice cream. Ok, so it happens. Then there was another. No !! 19.27 was refunded. I understand it can happen. But there was enough employees to have allow for cleanup. And hair needs to be brushed and put back! Hats on and tidy. It?s like a disorganized chaos. Wont return. Sad
