Mullin's 1847 - Moorefield

We didn't have the opportunity to dine in the restaurant, but the adjacent hotel was incredibly comfortable and steeped in history. The owners were very kind, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Mullins!!!

This restaurant is genuinely the kind of small-town gem that any traveler dreams of discovering. Their menu is well-stocked with comforting homestyle favorites, alongside some adventurous yet delicious options. I arrived with modest expectations but left absolutely amazed by the meal I had. I ordered the Prime Rib dinner special, and it was easily one of the best-cooked pieces of red meat I’ve ever tasted. The side dishes were fantastic, and the appetizers were exceptional as well. We began with crab-stuffed mushrooms, and I was utterly captivated by their savory, perfectly roasted flavor. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough in every way.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff for keeping my bag safe overnight when I accidentally left it behind! The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere. Our food was delicious and satisfying. We highly recommend this place!

Great place to grab a burger and beer after living off the grid eating granola and water during my packaging trip at George Washington National forest. Will stop again if i am ever visiting any of the local trails.

We were visiting the area and this place was recommended by a local couple. It did not disappoint. Nice rustic family room with excellent wait staff. Food was great. So good that we returned a few days later.
