Contribuiți la feedbackAs foreigners we got in the restaurant asking for table before we tell the manager anything he throw us out because it was supposedly fully booked. Just out of curiosity I called for a reservation for the same time we left and they did accept it.
I understand it's a bar with food service, but the thing served to me (at an unacceptable price because that was a half a portion of anything that's normally on a pizza) was maybe a very thin piadina with a hint of cheese you can barely taste. I asked for a different kind of flour, none was left in stock. The drinks are overpriced. The toilet is not very well maintained. The rest of the place is cozy and warm, generally, but I'd suggest to change their pizza section. I was so disappointed I didn't even want a coffee, I left the place still hungry.
It does not matter if you go for lunch, dinner or a simple Italian Aperitivo..if you are alone, with friends, with your lover or your family.. if it is full or empty this place will not disappoint you. The ambience is super cool, the atmosphere, the decor creates a nice place where to meet. Parking is not easy but if you wish to take a walk is not far from the center. Food and drinks are nicely selected and well prepared.
A warm, welcoming ambience on a rainy Friday – the staff were very friendly and helpful, all the tables were well distanced. The lunchtime menu was quite short (3 starters, 3 mains, 3 side dishes but there was also a wide variety of pizzas available. Food was good on average (with the exception perhaps of the warm chicken salad – very basic , the dessert portions were over generous (and the coffee flavoured panna cotta was delicious . This rustic chic bistrot is in the heart of the trendy Monza restaurant and fashion area and booking is advised as the turnover (viz Turné was brisk. Staff efficient, English is spoken. Prices were very reasonable and coffee and water are included. A very pleasant experience! To be recommended.
The first time I went in the food was great and the service friendly. I had a stunning hamburger washed down with a craft IPA. The second time I was scooted outside and felt quite unwelcome. The food was fine but nothing special and generally I would have done better in the local kebab shop for a lot less. The third time the service was great but the chef was having the night off because the hamburger was mediocre,,,not the same as the first time.
