Dunkin' - Montrose

Get a manager that can actually manage. Do not tell customers you are short staffed, that is not not the customer's issue. Waiting for coffee while your breakfast sandwich gets cold is not good service. This reflects entirely on the manager.

DD has cut back on Quality. The coffee at each one i stopped at was the same . More water then coffee

I've been here several times in the last few months and found the staff very rude. I always enjoy Dunkin but this location seems to have bad morale with the staff. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
