Restaurant La plage d'Antigone

Great location in the "City of the Future", right on the river. Food was decent and service was good. Easily got a table at lunch on a Friday.

Very nice place with highly professional staff and very good cuisine. Very good to excellent wine selection.

Superb quality French cuisine with a modern twist. Very reasonably priced food and wine. We had the menu, and all three courses were excellent, especially at the price of €22.50.The staff were very polite and friendly. They even helpfully called us a taxi back to the hotel. This was the best dinner I've had on this holiday. Highly recommended.

Stopped here on the off chance for some lunch. I tried my pigeon French saying I was English to which I got the reply 'somebody has to be' in a good humoured way. Our hosts both middle aged French men spoke enough English to compliment my French. We had 2 course for 11 euros. Basic but excellent dishes. Homous mix and bread to start. Beef tagine Moroccon style stew for mains. Both tasty. Wife had choc pudding. We'd recommend. Excellent service good food thanks.

Pretty clearly a local hang out. I had the menu of roast pork with a large mound of frites and garlicy green beans, plus mousse for 10 euro. Meat was better than I expected. Setting is nice enough along large pedestrian area of the Antigone.
