Without question, this was the finest dinner of our trip to France and must certainly be one of, if not the, best restaurant in Montpellier. This restaurant is small, catering to between 16 24 guests per night, and is staffed by just two people including the chef himself. While the atmosphere and restaurant itself is unassuming, the chef's attention to detail and excellent skill left us thrilled. Highly recommend doing the full fixed price menu (entree, plat, et dessert) for the best value personally, we were surprised in fact by how affordable the prices are for the quality of food. Not to mention we had the chance to talk to the chef and learn about his very interesting background and introduction to the world of cooking. Thank you for such an awesome experience! An absolute must go.
