A discovery with work colleagues this noon. What? a ravishing of taste buds, simple products are sublimated, a perfect balance of flavors and an abundance of colors in the plate. I loved it! My menu: pickles and lemon cream (a delica,) the peat-shaped dagger with grana and white butter with lemon corse (perfectly) the carib chocolate of ganache in palet, the liquid caramel beggars and sorbet clementine (a sin as they like). I'll be back with my companion. beautiful discovery, thank you leader and a team pro and attentive. Bravo!
