I had the worst fast food experience. One of the employees was ranting about how much they dislike it when customers don’t listen, and they insisted we had received our food when we hadn't.

We stopped in on a Wednesday night and the lobby was closed We are pulling a pontoon and could not use the drive up but a employee waved out the window and said they could took our order. It was great they placed our order and than came out with itso fast. It scared us because we assumed it would be a wile. Great customer services and the order was outstanding A big thankyou and it?s hard to find employees that care and go the extra effort

I stood up at the front and there were no workers around. I had to lean over the counter to see one person on their phone leaning up against the fridge, I yelled can anyone ring me up and it three people showed up they were laughing it was veryawkward and very unprofessional. Not sure if a manager is around but they definitely need one due to the lack of skills

I went through the drive-thru and should have requested a receipt. The total was much higher than I expected, and when I got home, I discovered why—I didn’t receive the food I ordered. The girl who took my order clearly wasn’t paying attention because when I got to the window, they asked me to confirm my drink, and it wasn’t at all what I had requested. It seemed like the two employees were more interested in chatting than in doing their jobs. I’m really disappointed and now understand why this location is usually empty.

I would rate this place with zero stars if I could. We visited on Friday evening and ordered two chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders. They instructed us to pull aside, which we did. After approximately 20 minutes, someone finally came to our window and asked for our order. To our surprise, she climbed through the drive-thru window to go back inside! This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst drive-thru experience I've ever had. If the management reads these reviews, it’s essential that you investigate what was happening inside your restaurant on September 9th around 7:00 PM. I will never return to this establishment and have shared this experience with all my family and friends. I understand that hiring employees is challenging right now, but the team of five on duty needs serious training or to consider different employment!
