Buffalo Wild Wings - Elk River

I visited this location as being new to the town. Ivy was our server , and was very helpful! She was very honest with her opinions on foods, and was so kind to our kids. She seemed extremely busy but was still personable and cheerful. It significantly helped our experience. Unfortunately our food took a very long time to come out, but Ivy checked on us multiple times throughout the wait, and updated us on the process of our food. She kept our drinks full, and kept us laughing through the wait. When our food came out, it had came out wrong. Ivy quickly fixed the issue, and apologized numerous times.We will be coming back and hope to have Ivy as our server again!!!

No stars, called them to place an order for delivery since the website stated they delivered, just to find out they do not in fact deliver that they have that on their website so you can use doordash

Strike two for BWW- different location, same lack of commitment to service. Placed a Door Dash order and didn’t get one of our sandwiches. Since it was Door Dash, have to negotiate refund with them. Dasher can’t verify my food is all there, but takes the loss for it not arriving? And my kid can’t eat a Door Dash credit for dinner. Cold overdone tenders and a flavorless sandwich. Ruined evening came for free.

I’ve been here a few times and every time the vibes were off. My sister worked here for 6 months and to say they treated her like a dog would be an understatement. The manager McKaYlA was super unprofessional every time I heard about her. She mimicked my sister, cussed her out, told her NOT to follow policy. And on top of that the hostess Brooklyn was also rude, and harassed my sister after she walked out while she was being verbally accosted by her coworkers. Extremely unprofessional behavior and as a manager of another restaurant I can tell you that she would be fired immediately under my supervision. I don’t know how BWW likes to handle their employees, but I know that unprofessional behavior is destroying the business. I hope mCkAyLa gets the professional help she so desperately needs. I hope corporate got your side pookie.
