We have been frequenting your butcher shop regularly for years; However, in recent months we have noticed a significant turnover in staff. And unfortunately many of the young people behind the counter seem to lack training and supervision. These people sometimes find themselves in complicated situations when dealing with customers (not knowing the cuts of meat, not knowing how to cut a cutlet correctly, not knowing how to locate the pies, etc. So many situations that are uncomfortable comfort these young people as they begin in the profession. As a customer, we can be naturally caring but sometimes also be annoyed by unprofessional attitudes (long untied hair, etc. which cause inconvenience and waste of time. We are convinced that you will find areas for improvement and encourage you to maintain your good mood and the quality of your products.

This little supermarket is absolutely wonderful! You can find everything there at a reasonable price. There is always a satisfying choice of fresh fruits and vegetables. The store is always clean. A special mention for the staff who are absolutely brilliant, always smiling. Today, the man at the checkout even checked that all my eggs were intact, something I hadn't seen anywhere else! A big congratulations to the staff really (and a special mention to the boys who are often at the checkout and who provide security).
