I decided at the last moment to book for lunch with my wife who can't eat fat! when I call to book, Florian answers me directly and when I explain my choice to have a steamed chicken with steamed vegetables for my wife. when to me the knives in the entrance and then fish from the market... all was respected...it mixes me that florian sent to his fishermen’s parents to choose the back of the bar.
