Dunkin' - Montclair

Horrible attitude from the 2 non sense boys behind the counter. No management, brand like Dunkin should check locations! No pineapple, no mango, no lemonade, running out of business? At least put a sign !

Some staff are really nice there. Some of them will talk to you behind your back when you correct them on your order. Guy got made at me when I told him I wanted a normal tea and not green tea. ????

Donuts were stale, and the store was truly dirty floors look like they haven't been mopped in a long time and there was food scraps all over the place on chair seats, the floor. The place wasn't busy, one other person in the store they should havebeen hustling to clean that place up seriously doubt that the debris was all from that days customers.

The toamato pesto sandwich is delicious. It's healthy, it's balanced, it's just delicious

The mobile order donuts were randomly put in the box and most of them were not even correctly prepared (no glaze, no sprinkles and what not. Anyone see 2 French Crullers in the box? . Not much of expectation from Dunkin stores in general but this placewas one of the worst. Workers have no customer service mindset and they don't even pick up the phone when I tried to reach themafter finding the messed up order. Avoid this place.
